ROOT CHAKRA

The first chakra in our body is ‘Root chakra’ which is also known as ‘Base chakra’ or ‘Muladhar chakra’. The color of this Chakra is red. The location of this chakra is in between the anus and the genital region. The number of petals in this chakra is four. The mantra for this chakra is ‘LUM’. The element for this chakra is ‘Earth’.
A healthy root chakra ensures that we thrive in the material world, remain stable as well as grounded and well-nourished and adequate physical strength.

CLEANSING YOUR CRYSTALS

CLEANSING CRYSTAL IN WATER
One of the simplest cleansing methods when you buy any crystal & do not know its history just soak in a glass bowl of water for 24 hours to remove and deeply negativity. To cleanse normally, hold the crystal under running water in your kitchen sink for a few minutes.

CLEANSING CRYSTAL IN SALT WATER
If you want to try this method, place a handful of rock salt in a glass bowl fill of water. Let the salt get completely dissolve before placing your crystal placing in, a salt can scratch a soft stone. Leave the crystal in a bowl for an hour, and then rinse the crystal in pure water before drying. If you feel your crystals aren’t working well use this method.

CLEANSING CRYSTAL WITH A SINGING BOWL
Place all your crystals together, in the singing bowl & start to stroke the bowl’s mallet around the inner or outer edge of the bowl & feel the sound building up. As you move the mallet in faster circles, negative energy from the crystals whirls away & brighter, positive energy is pulled in. slowly stop playing the bowl & remove crystals.

RE-ENERGIZING CRYSTALS WITH SUNLIGHT & MOONLIGHT
To re-energize your crystals they need to be place in full sunlight in early morning for about 24 hours. Repeat the dame on next sunny day. You can also energize crystals in moonlight, putting them out at night and retrieving them in the morning; try to choose a phase such as a new or full moon.
