KUNDALINI REIKI

Basically, kundalini means that certain healing channels and chakras have been opened, and you have thereby gained access to the Earth’s energy. The Root chakra, which is the energy centre located near the coccyx, acts as an entrance for the Kundalini energy. The Kundalini energy is also referred to as “the Kundalini Fire”. Hearafter, the energy runs all the way up through the body, through the “main energy channel”. And out of the crown chakra.
This energy channel goes from the Root chakra to the crown chakra on the top of the head. And open Kundalini means that over a period of time, a complete cleansing of the chakras, the body parts and the energy channels is obtained.
A person who has, or has had problems with wrong Kundalini awakening, or other problems with the Kundalini energy, can most often be helped with Kundalini Reiki.

All who are interested in learning Kundalini reiki must begin with Kundalini Reiki 1, even through you may have attunements from other systems.

Kundalini Reiki 1, 2 & 3 are taken as remote, long-distance courses. There is no difference in the quality of attunements whether done “hands-on” or as a remote, long-distance attunement.

Kundalini Reiki 1: The first attunement opens the healing channels to allow channeling of Reiki energy. At the same time you are prepared for the Kundalini opened/strengthened. You are taught to perform a complete healing treatment and to heal remotely from a distance.

Kundalini Reiki 2: The Reiki channels are strengthened. The Kundalini awakening where the main energy channel opens gently and surely, alighting the Kundalini “fire”, reaches the minimum solar Plexus chakra, preparing for the full Kundalini access in Kundalini Reiki 3.
Kundalini energy can be Awakened through a combination of Hatha yoga postures, bandhas, pranayama, mudras, mantra chanting, meditation, and visualization techniques.

This dormant energy rises through the nadis. According to an ancient Tantric text, there are 14 main nadis. The three most important are the ida, pingala and sushumna nadis. The Base Chakra is where all three meet. From Muladhara, the subtle energy from ida and pingala ascends, alternating at each chakra. If kundalini flows through sushumna to its full destination, soul realization is consciously achieved.

Activate Kundalini Power:

The key processes for awakening kundalini energy are purifying the body eliminates accumulated toxins, and whatever purifies the body will also purify the mind. According to ayurvedic medicine, fasting is one of the most effective methods of detoxing the body. Other methods include pranayama and bodily cleansing.
You are also taught a specific meditation. When you perform this meditation, you increase for a short time, the power of the flame in the Kundalini fire/energy. In this way, all the chakras/energy systems are enlightened and a cleansing takes place.

Kundalini Reiki 3(Kundalini Reiki Master): The previous attunements are strengthened and the throat, solar plexus, hara, and root chakras are opened. The Kundalini “fore” is strengthened and reaches up and out of the crown chakra-full rising of the Kundalini takes place. You are taught to attune crystals and other objects, so that they act as Reiki channels.

REDUCE YOUR MENTAL ILLNESS & SUFFERING

If one meditates on the Healing Buddha, one will eventually attain enlightenment, but in the meantime one will experience an increase in healing powers both for oneself and others and a decrease in physical and mental illness and suffering.

The Healing Buddha is, as the name implies, the Healing Buddha. In the traditional paintings, he is surrounded by various herbs and healing, with halos of healing energy radiating from his head and body. As Healing Buddha's vow was to help heal all the sick and the injured, he is often called upon to help eliminate sickness. Usually portrayed seated with a jar of healing in his left hand, the Healing Buddha's right hand is resting on his knee in the mudra of blessings, with a stem of a healing plant in between his thumb and forefinger.

Healing Buddha symbol is applied as a feng shui cure.
Annual Flying Stars. With the power to dispel sickness, the Healing Buddha is a very powerful annual feng shui cure for the feng shui bagua area of your home affected by the sickness star energy. For example, in 2012 this challenging energy was in the North bagua area, thus a Healing Buddha was a powerful feng shui cure to dissipate the negative star # 2 vibrations. A metal statue, not a painting, is better for this specific feng shui application.
Cure for Health. The Healing Buddha is an excellent feng shui cure for the Health area of your home (Southeast). It is best to choose a painting or an actual wall hanging with the Healing Buddha rather than a statue for this specific application. Your personal lucky direction to improve health is another good area to place the Healing Buddha.

Energy of Spiritual Health & Awareness. The Center of your home, the Spiritual Growth & Personal Cultivation bagua area (Northeast), as well as your personal altar, can also much benefit from the presence of the Healing Buddha. As all illness ultimately originates in the mind with the so-called three poisons (attachment, hatred and ignorance), it is good to have the Healing Buddha energy on guard.

Why is the Healing Buddha blue?
The deep blue that the Healing Buddha is normally portrayed in wasn’t done so at random. It ties back a master healing stone – Lapis Lazuli. For more than six thousand years this stone has been honored and cherished as the most precious of stones. Valued even more than the diamond or gold. It may be because of how hard it is to obtain. Primarily mined in the Badakshan region of northeast Afghanistan, which is pretty much an inaccessible area located behind the Hindu Kush. This deep blue is usually associated with the brow chakra. The main attributes of the brow chakra are discernment, clarity, vision and seeing beyond illusion,

What is the plant that the Healing Buddha is holding?
The plant that the Healing Buddha is holding is the myrobalan fruit. This plant represent all of the best healings in the world.

GREEN TARA FOR OVER COMING OBSTACLES

Green Tara is associated with the Air Element. She embodies female wisdom as the "Swift Saviour" due to her readiness to protect us from negative forces and help us avoid negative karma. She is the over comer of obstacles. Worship of Green Tara is thought to bring quick thinking, spontaneity and wisdom in our actions, generosity, magical perfection and fearlessness.

Tara is the most important female deity of the Buddhist pantheon. She is the mother goddess of compassion.Tara was born of a single tear of compassion shed by Avaloketishwara on seeing the sufferings of humanity. Tara is thought to have insisted that she remain in female form whilst functioning as a Bodhisatva, assisting all sentient being in overcoming difficulties on their road to enlightenment. You can find her image in many feng shui adornments - from embroideries to colourful sculptures.

Her regular icon shows her sitting on a lotus but with her right foot extended in readiness for speedy action. Her right hand is extended downwards in the position which grants accomplishment. Her left hand is shown with the thumb and the ring finger touching - the gesture for granting protection and freedom from fear. She has lotus flowers blooming at her shoulders.

Why and how is the energy of Green Tara used in feng shui?
At first glance, the energy of Tara is very similar, if not identical to the energy of Kwan Yin . Tara is called the goddess of compassion and the mother of liberation. However, the energy of Tara also encompasses action as reflected in success or specific achievements.

What specific results does the Green Tara help to accomplish?
As green is the universal colour of healing, regeneration and growth - think of nature - the Green Tara embodies the healing energy of release from fear and ignorance. Human ignorance comes in many forms - from jealousy to pride - and it is the healing energy of Green Tara that brings awareness and relief from these negative aspects. Green is also the colour of vibrant energy and activity, which explains one of the aspects associated with Green Tara as the goddess of action. She is often depicted with her right leg extended forward, which symbolizes the action aspect - ready to spring/move forward at any moment.

Placement of Green Tara
  1. East and Southeast areas are excellent for the placement of your Green Tara statue, embroidery or art image.
  2. Never place your Green Tara statue on the floor, in the kitchen or in the bathroom. A height of at least 3 feet is recommended for the good feng shui placement of Green Tara.
  3. A personal altar can be an excellent space for your Green Tara.
  4. You can also carry a small photo of Green Tara, to overcome obstacles.
  5. It is best to carry the Tara Card in your purse for personal safety and good luck.
