ROOT CHAKRA

The first chakra in our body is ‘Root chakra’ which is also known as ‘Base chakra’ or ‘Muladhar chakra’. The color of this Chakra is red. The location of this chakra is in between the anus and the genital region. The number of petals in this chakra is four. The mantra for this chakra is ‘LUM’. The element for this chakra is ‘Earth’.
A healthy root chakra ensures that we thrive in the material world, remain stable as well as grounded and well-nourished and adequate physical strength.
