LOVE AND KWAN YIN

Who is Kwan Yin?
Kwan Yin is the most beloved of all Eastern Goddess figures, giving freely Her unending sympathy, fertility, health and magical insight to all who ask. It is Her sacred duty to relieve suffering and encourage enlightenment among humans. Her name means ‘Observing the Sounds of the World’, meaning She hears the cries and prayers of the world. Kwan Yin is portrayed in many ways. You can find images of Kwan Yin holding the pearls of illumination or a bundle of ripe rice, pouring the nectar of wisdom and compassion from a sacred vase or meditating and holding her hands in sacred mudras. You can also find Kwan Yin holding children or giving food - all being expressions of this divine loving energy. Kwan Yin is the divine energy of compassion and wisdom, the embodiment of pure intention and mercy in action. She listens to everyone who speaks her name and provides support and comfort to all. She is inexhaustible and infinite in her capacity to protect, guide and help those in need.

where to place Kwan Yin at home?
• Kwan Yin can be a powerful cure in the annual feng shui flying star applications. Define where her
energy is needed in a specific year and place the statue of Kwan Yin in the affected bagua area to
neutralize the negative energy and protect you.
• Never place your Kwan Yin statue on the floor, in the kitchen or in the bathroom. A height of at
least 3 feet is recommended for the good feng shui placement of Kwan Yin.
• You can also place the statue of Kwan Yin close to your front door, facing the entrance. This will
create a protective quality of energy at your entrance, as well as the most
welcoming sight to be greeted with when coming home.
